Choosing a Hosting Package
Choosing a hosting package can be difficult at first, particularly if you don't know what you'll end up needing.
Remember, each hosting package has a certain amount of space and data transfer, which will affect how many files you can put on your website, and how many people can look at or download those files each month. Also, every package has certain features that the others don't.
Our recommendation to people starting out with making their first website is to try a monthly subscription to the Stainless package. It has all the features of the Gold package, with the same amount of data transfer and storage space as the basic Steel package. This way, you can try out all the features and figure out which ones you need and don't need, and start to develop your website straight away, giving you an idea of how much data transfer and storage space you'll need in the end. You can then upgrade or downgrade accordingly, at any time - or even buy a year's worth of the package that you think would be best for you, after you've gotten a good idea of what you'll ultimately need.
This way, you don't spend any more money than you have to.
