1. Please note that this guarantee applies only to hosting packages, not domain names - once a domain name is registered, it's registered! If you bought a domain name with your hosting, then we'll refund the hosting part of the money you paid. The domain name is yours to keep regardless of whether you choose to keep hosting with us.
2. This guarantee applies to new customers only. That might seem obvious, since our existing customers already know that they like our services - but it bears saying anyway, just in case.
3. Breaking any of our Terms & Conditions invalidates this guarantee. We've got to put this clause in so that we don't end up with a bunch of spammers signing up and knowing that they can cancel after twenty-nine days of free spamming naughtiness.
4. If you take advantage of this guarantee and cancel your service, the money you paid for your web hosting will be refunded to the PayPal address with which you signed up. If you're buying from outside of the UK, please remember that we pay back the same amount in Pounds Sterling. Currency exchange rates vary quite a bit these days, so the actual amount might vary by a little bit in either direction.
